Some of you may have realised that our site has been down for a while now but today we're excited to have our updated website finally up and running!

This year, the OCBC Student Committee has decided to run events differently so we can provide more training sessions for those who want to improve their game and play competitively. There have been some difficulties in finalising the details of these changes which is why the old website had to go offline while we got them sorted out.

Our times and fees for events have been revised since Clubs Day, and we're happy to announce that we've managed to make our sessions a lot easier on the student pocket. Make sure to head over to our events page to find out what's going on and like us on
Facebook for regular updates along with sign up sheets for upcoming events.

Our first two sessions for the year were held on Saturday 28th Feb for beginners and we had a great turn out so thanks to everyone who came - we look forward to seeing you all again next week!

We are currently still sorting out our venue booking for Smithell's gym.

Enjoy the rest of your week and we'll see you on the courts!

Thanks,

OCBC Team

    About us

OCBC is a non-profit organisation based in Dunedin which is affiliated with the Otago University Student's Association (OUSA).

Our vision is to facilitate the development of badminton by raising participation and interest in the sport and by helping players experience and enjoy competitive play.

To achieve this, we aim to provide incentive, support and coaching for players of all levels and to establish relationships with the wider badminton community outside campus.
